How To Use The IT Support Webpage

1) Select the "Submit a Ticket" button. 

2) Select Category. 

3) Key in Name & Email. 

4) Subject: (Please key in the subject by following this format Company Name (KWC, KSG, KSC, CM) - Department  - Then write down the problem).

5) Message: (Please describe the problem and what you have done to try to fix it. If nothing has been done, then just describe the issue).

6) Attachments: (You can attach any document or picture).

7) key in the Number generated by the system.

8) Lastly press the Submit button.
